Casa la Cerradilla is in Los Carrascos, a satellite hamlet of Arboleas, Almeria
We bought this “villa” at the end of June 2026. It has been a hot summer, so by the end of August whilst much furniture and equipment has been moved in from the Birdie apartment we will not have completed the move until mid-September!
But there is plenty more to do: solar energy by mid-October, revised heating and new aircon (the makers of existing ones no longer make aircon units), pool covers, new handles for kitchen units (!) – and so on.
